Sean Langford, owner and fitness coach at Integral Strength, is a passionately dedicated health and fitness professional. He uses his training to empower people to live healthy and happy lives.

With over 10 years of training experience, Sean has developed a unique approach to helping his clients not only reach their goals, but far exceed their own expectations.

His training philosophy follows a “less is more” mentality, using a minimalistic style of training that focuses on movement quality over quantity. When you train with Sean, you won’t find yourself performing random workouts or chasing fad diets, you’ll apply only evidence-based practices to your training that get you the results you seek.

Sean is continuously in pursuit of furthering his education in order to provide his clients with the best experience possible in a safe, fun, environment.
