One-on-one
This is the most sure-fire way to ensure you hit your fitness goals.
During your initial session, I will help you set both short and long-term goals, and go through a series of biomechanics and movement screenings to determine which exercises will help you reach your goals faster.
I use all of this information to build your custom ideal program.
Semi-Private
Better than group fitness classes, more affordable than one-on-one training.
Stop doing random workouts in jam-packed classes. In my semi-private training sessions, you follow your own customized routine. Sessions are limited to 4 participants per hour so that you still get the coaching you need.
(Each participant is required to go through a minimum of 8 one-on-one training sessions before becoming eligible for semi-private training.)
Online
All of the benefits of working with a trainer, with the convenience of doing it on your time.
One of the biggest challenges of working out with a trainer is scheduling. Online coaching allows you to get the guidance you need without struggling to find a time that both you and your trainer are free.
What about accountability, nutrition, and technique? I’ve got all that covered! I offer check-in calls, nutrition coaching, and video technique analysis to make sure you’re performing each movement correctly.
Hybrid
The best of both worlds. Hybrid training is a combination of online training with any of my in-person services.
If you travel a lot, or perhaps have a home gym where you prefer to work out, Hybrid training is a great option that gives you the ability to work with a trainer in person as much or as little as you need, while also providing you with a program to follow on your own that keeps you accountable.
